Refund policy

Refunds
Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will begin processing your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from the receipt of the item to complete the return or exchange process. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Exceptions
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us using the details below so we can assist you with a refund or exchange.

Please Note:
A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Resync Solutions reserves the right to charge a 50% restocking fee if any of the following conditions apply:

• Missing or Altered Components: If parts of the package are missing or have been altered.
• Defective/DOA Items: If you receive a non-functional or dead-on-arrival (DOA) product, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. However, if the item is found to be in proper working order, a 50% Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) fee will be charged.
• Post-Warranty RMA Eligibility: RMA claims submitted after the warranty period has expired may not be available to all customers. However, certain circumstances may allow some customers to be eligible for RMA within 30 to 45 days.
• Damaged or Tampered Packaging: If the original packaging shows signs of damage or tampering.

The following issues may result in a denial of replacement:

• Mismatch with RMA Form: If the item does not match the details listed in the RMA form.
• Physical Damage or Tampering: If the product has been physically damaged or tampered with.
