Shipping Timelines
We use USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx as our primary carriers for shipping products from our U.S. warehouses. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Below are the available shipping options and their estimated delivery times:

• Ground Shipping (Free):
  3 to 5 business days to ship, and 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

• 2-Day FedEx Delivery:
  Ships the same or next day (for orders placed before 1 p.m. PST) and is expected to arrive within 2 business days.

• FedEx Overnight (AM):
  Ships the same or next day (for orders placed before 1 p.m. PST) and arrives the following business morning.

• FedEx Overnight (PM):
  Ships the same or next day (for orders placed before 1 p.m. PST) and is delivered by the following business day.

• Saturday Delivery:
  Orders placed by 1 p.m. PST on Fridays will be shipped the same day and delivered on Saturday.

• Canada Shipping:
  Expected delivery in 3 to 5 business days, with a transit time of 4 to 6 business days.

• International Shipping:
  Estimated to take 3 to 5 business days for arrival, with a transit time of 7 to 10 days.

What is the Cut-off Time?
The cut-off time is the deadline for processing orders placed. Orders placed before 1 p.m. Pacific Time will be processed the same day, while orders placed after 1 p.m. Pacific Time will be processed on the following business day.

Free Ground Shipping:
If you return a non-defective item that originally qualified for free standard shipping and request a refund, the refund will be adjusted to account for the shipping charges. If we are unable to replace an item, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping Delays:
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays. Processing time is required for all orders, and while shipping services guarantee travel time, this does not include order processing time. Although we strive to ship orders the same day, we cannot guarantee it.
Specific shipping schedules cannot be guaranteed for locations in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, or international destinations.
